1. Concrete mixer pump manufacturer say, the concrete pump should be placed on a flat and solid ground, and there should be no obstacles around it. After the outriggers are lowered and adjusted, the body should be kept level and stable, and the tires should be tight.

2. The laying of the pumping pipeline of the concrete pump should meet the following requirements:

a. The horizontal pumping pipeline should be laid in a straight line.

b. The vertical pumping pipeline must not be directly connected to the output port of the pump. A horizontal pipe with a length of not less than 20m should be installed at the front end of the vertical pipe, and a check valve should be installed at the horizontal pipe near the pump.

c. When laying a downwardly inclined pipeline, a horizontal pipe should be added to the outlet, and its length should not be less than 5 times the height difference of the inclined pipe. When the slope is large, an exhaust valve should be installed at the upper end of the slope.

d. The pumping pipeline of the concrete mixer with pump should be supported and fixed. A wooden pad should be set between the pipeline and the fixed object as a buffer. It should not be directly connected to the steel bar or the template. The pipeline should be firmly connected to the pipeline; the pipe joints and clamps should be buckled. Tightly seal, no slurry leakage; the worn-out pipeline must not be installed in the high pressure area at the back end.

e. After the piping of the pump channel is laid, a pressure test shall be carried out.

3. The sand and gravel particle size, cement number and mix ratio should be in accordance with the factory regulations and meet the pumpability requirements of the concrete pump.

4. Before operation, check and confirm that the bolts of each part of the pump are fastened, the protective devices are complete and reliable, and the control switches, adjustment handles, handwheels, control rods, cock etc. of all parts are in the correct positions, the hydraulic system is normal and there is no leakage, and the hydraulic oil is in compliance. It is stipulated that there is no debris in the mixing hopper, and the protection grid above is intact and tightly covered.

5. The thickness of the pipe wall of the conveying pipeline should match the pumping pressure, and high-quality pipes should be used near the concrete mixer pump. Pipe joints, sealing rings and elbows should be intact. Under the hot sun, wet sacks or wet grass bags should be used to cover the pipelines, water should be watered in time to cool down, and heat preservation measures should be taken in cold seasons.

6. It should be equipped with cleaning pipes, cleaning supplies, ball catcher and related devices. Before the concrete pump works, irrelevant persons should leave around the pipeline.
