Daily work of concrete mixing plant

1. Check the working conditions of the lubrication points of the rotating parts and replenish the lubricating oil in time.

2. Check the amount of lubricating oil in the lubricating oil cup of the mixer and replenish the lubricating oil in time.

3. Check the oil level of the oil atomizer on the air system of the hot sale YHZS60 mobile concrete batching plant once a week, and use the lubricating oil with a viscosity of 2.5 ~ 70e.

4. Open the drainage valve once a day to drain the condensed water in the air compressor and gas storage tank.

5. Fasteners (such as bolts and nuts) shall be regularly checked for looseness. If looseness is found, they shall be tightened in time, especially for parts subject to luffing load.

6. Regularly check whether the equipment of water supply, gas supply and admixture system is normal.

7. Check whether the electrical control system and instruments are normal.

8. Check whether the mixing shaft and cylinder of the mixer in the concrete mixing plant are clean. If there is too much condensed concrete on the mixing shaft, it must be cleaned manually.

9. Clean or replace the filter in the dust collector regularly.

10. If the stop time of YHZS75 mobile concrete batching plant is more than one week, it is necessary to empty the materials in each measuring bucket (such as cement, water, admixture and various aggregates), and clean the main mixing machine, hopper and other places to avoid material hardening.
