2. 3. All bolts of the pumping equipment should be tightened, the pipe joints should be tightly sealed, and the protective devices should be complete and reliable.

4. Operate the beginning of each part, adjust the handle, handwheel, control lever, cock, etc. should be in the correct position. The hydraulic system should be normal without leakage.

5. Prepare relevant devices such as cleaning tubes and cleaning supplies. Before operation, the pipeline must be lubricated with cement mortar prepared in accordance with regulations. Unrelated persons must leave the pipeline.

6. The legs of mobile concrete pump should be fully extended and firmly supported, and the cloth rod must not be activated before being fixed. After the cloth pole raises the bracket, it can rotate. When the cloth pole extends, it should be carried out in order. It is strictly forbidden to use cloth poles to lift or drag objects.

7. It is strictly forbidden to move the body when the cloth pole is fully extended. When it needs to move during the operation, the upper section of the cloth pole should be folded and fixed, and the moving speed should not exceed 10km / h. The distribution pole shall not use piping exceeding the specified diameter, and the wheel tube to be attached shall be fastened with a safety rope.

8. Various instruments and indicator lights of the concrete pump should be monitored at any time, and when abnormal is found, timely adjustment or treatment. If there is a blockage of the conveying pipe, the reverse operation should be performed to return the concrete to the hopper.

9. When the pumping system is under pressure, it is forbidden to open any conveying pipes and hydraulic pipes. The safety valve of the hydraulic system shall not be adjusted arbitrarily. The accumulator can only be filled with ammonia gas.

10. After the operation, all the concrete in the hopper and the pipeline must be output, and then chinese concrete pump, hopper and pipeline should be cleaned. When flushing the pipeline with compressed air, no one should stand within 10m in front of the outlet of the pipeline, and use a metal mesh basket to collect the foam rubber and sand particles.

11. It is strictly forbidden to use compressed air to flush the distribution pipe. The folding and shrinking of the cloth pole must be carried out in order.

12. The operation switch, adjustment handle, handwheel, sweat control, cock etc. of each part of china trailer concrete pump should be reset. Unload the hydraulic system.
